Ben is Chief Executive at the Chartered Institue of Ergonomics and Human Factors, a role he started in September 2022. He is an ex-BBC journalist with over fifteen years’ senior management experience in member associations. In 2020, he led the development and rollout of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) new brand positioning, visual identity and purpose, ambition and values. Prior to joining EO, he ran his own communications consultancy advising companies and multi-stakeholder organizations on sustainable development issues. He spent nearly ten years at the International Council on Mining and Metals where he was responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s communications strategy. Ben is an experienced public speaker and completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development in July 2010.
